Leesburg Stabbings May Have Possible Linkage to Serial Killer in Michigan

The Leesburg Police Department continues to investigate the two stabbing incidents that occurred last week in the 20 block of Catoctin Circle NE. Leesburg. The suspect, who was described as a tall, stocky, white male in his early 40’s and was last seen wearing a baseball cap and a light-colored shirt. He was driving a dark green Chevrolet Blazer or GMC Jimmy.

The Leesburg Police Department is currently investigating a possible linkage with a serial killer in Michigan. Police have announced that both states plan to address the possible connections in these cases this afternoon. There have been 3 attacks in Leesburg just this month and 13 attacks in the Flint, Michigan area since May. There is also speculation that the attacks may have been racially motivated because in nearly all of the cases the victims are black.

They have also announced a $5,000 reward for anyone providing information about the person who committed these crimes.
