The Leesburg Bypass in the area of Sycolin Road remained Leesburg’s most crash prone location in 2010 according to statistics compiled by the Leesburg Police Department. Over the past three years this area has ranked number one in most crashes. The top five locations within the Town of Leesburg with the most crashes remained unchanged from the previous two years as well.

The following is a list of the top five intersections in the Town of Leesburg that had the highest number of motor vehicle crashes in their vicinity in 2010. These statistics are compiled based on Leesburg Police Department data and do not include crashes worked by the Virginia State Police or the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
